Lee Lieberg

Landz is a real estate company started by Lee Lieberg and Ziad Abughazaleh. Lee and Ziad worked met in the Rotary Club of Alhambra in 1995 where they both served as president and worked on many projects together. It didn't matter if they were delivering food baskets or working on teacher mini-grants, they quickly realized a synergy that enabled them to get a lot done.

Soon they were working on real estate projects together and due to their success, they spent much time talking to friends and family about real estate. In 2009 Ziad persuaded Lee to lay the foundation for a new real estate firm, the beginning of a journey. Preparation was complete and Lee left his previous real estate firm in 2011 and Landz was opened for business. Hiring their first agent, Silvia Rosich weeks after they began, growth has been fast and exciting. 2012 begins with great promise.
