Lee Schwartz

Lee Schwartz is a native of San Diego, having attended La Jolla High School and San Diego State University. Lee has close ties to the community and he and his family members live in Bankers' Hill, Mission Hills and Encinitas.

Lee's first passion has always been real estate and he is the Broker and Owner of Team Metro Real Estate. He's highly skilled in investment properties, exchanges, short sales and bank-owned properties. In addition to being a licensed broker, he has extensive education in many areas of real estate and buyer brokerage.

His credentials include the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and Seniors' Real Estate Specialist (SRES). His goal is to be "Your Personal Realtor…For Life." This philosophy ensures that clients will receive superior service before, during, and after the sale.

Lee enjoys surfing, running, and yoga; and leads a weekly "Boot Camp" in Balboa Park for the super-fit minded out there.
