Lee Stepp

Lee is a Hendersonville native who joined Beverly-Hanks in 2005. Prior to joining Beverly-Hanks, Lee worked in the golf course industry as an assistant superintendent. He also worked in management and on special projects teams at Wilsonart International.

Lee received his education through the Henderson County Public Schools System. He continued his education at Blue Ridge Community College and Appalachian State University where he concentrated on Criminal Justice. Lee conducts his business from the Hendersonville Beverly-Hanks & Associates office. While helping many different clients buy and sell homes, Lee by virtue of his lifestyle has a vast array of knowledge and experience in the various golfing communities in the area.

Lee is currently a member of Etowah Valley Golf Club but is very familiar with all the local clubs in the area. If clients are looking for that private club that has the "social" atmosphere or they’re just an avid golfer that wants to play a challenging golf course without a lot of the extras, he can help find the right fit for them.
