LeeAnn Benassi was born in San Jose, California and raised in Gilroy California. She graduated from Gilroy High School then majored in business at Gavilan College and San Jose City College. LeeAnn was in the retail hardware business for 21 years. She began her career in the receiving department and worked her way up through the ranks to a promotion in management. After gaining vast experience and knowledge from leading retailers Home Depot and Lowes, she decided to open her own business. She operated a Snap on Tools Franchise in the Monterey area.

Her prior years of experience with customer relations has helped her make a transition into the Real Estate industry. LeeAnn believes when preparing for one of life’s most challenging and important decisions, buyers and sellers of real estate they should work with a local professional. A real estate agent who has great work ethics and high standards of performance. She prides herself on providing all her clients with a full service experience. LeeAnn puts her whole heart into her work. When she does take a break, LeeAnn spends time with her family and enjoys going fishing!
