Lei Yu

Lei Yu is the top real estate broker in the company for consecutive years and he has made more than $30 million sales volume annually since 2017 and ranked top 1% of WA brokers. He exceeded $60 million sales volume in 2021. Graduated from Shanghai East China Normal University Bachelor of Computer Science in 1991 and Zhejiang University Master of Economics, he continues studying the real estate market and obtained the real estate broker license soon after immigrated to the United States. He has accurate judgments and forward thinking to the US real estate market.

Lei strives to integrate his strong education background, extensive experience, and great negotiation skill into his real estate career.
