We cannot speak highly enough of Leigh Ann. She was so wonderful to work with and made our first home buying experience as positive as it could have been. It is so evident that she is on top of her game - she always responded promptly and was so knowledgeable about the homes she showed us. If she did not have an answer for one of our questions, she immediately sought out the answer from the selling agent/inspector, etc and let us know. Throughout the process, there were a few unexpected findings on our home that had not been disclosed by the selling agent. Leigh Ann went to bat for us, without us even prompting, and ensured that we had the best possible outcomes for purchasing our home. She was truly our advocate. Additionally, my husband and I both have really crazy and difficult to work with work schedules. She was so flexible with us and always accommodated us with showings, appointments, signing documents, and meetings. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Leigh Ann. We loved working with her and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home, and we will definitely be keeping her in mind for our future home sales/purchases!

We happened upon Don & Leigh Ann's name/number while driving around neighborhoods, called, and feel very lucky that we did. Leigh Ann took great care of us! This this was our first home purchase, and we relied on her knowledge of the area and the buying process heavily. I'm confident that few buyers have more bizarre work schedules than we do (travel, night shift, etc.). She made it all work, often times with last minute requests/meetings, calls/texts after normal work hours, and more. If you ask something, she either has the answer or she will find it and get back to you timely. She handled all of our communication with the sellers and other parties (inspectors, lenders, etc.), and always put our best interest first. I appreciated that she was willing to offer her professional opinion when asked, and was not pushy at any time. Highly Recommend!

I have bought and sold real estate several times, with and without an agent. My experience has taught me that going it alone without a professional to help through the process often ends up being a penny rich, pound poor choice. Consequently, for the best results I think the smartest thing a home buyer or seller can do is seek out the help of a competent professional. That is why I am so happy that I met Leigh Ann Arling. Like other reviewers here I found her to be very knowledgeable, diligent and professional. All of my calls and emails were returned promptly. She listened and understood what what I wanted. She worked tirelessly seven days a week and all hours of the day to find me the house I wanted. She was committed to the project completely. She gave consistently good advice and put my interests ahead of hers. Once we found the house I was looking for she zealously advocated for my interests and facilitated at each step of the process making closing an easy and stress free event. I really cannot recommend Leigh Ann highly enough, and would certainly call on her again should I find myself buying or selling again.
