Lella Norberg’s undergraduate studies were in cybernetics at the St. Petersburg Institute of Technology (Russian Federation). She is a long-time resident of the Innis Arden neighborhood of Shoreline with her husband, two daughters and a dog.
When Lella Norberg is not working, she enjoys cooking, gardening, exercising, and traveling with her family.
