I have known and worked with Len McGee for over 11 years. We bought our first house in Prescott through Len, who made himself immediately available upon our arrival from California. He spent all the time we required to purchase our home and took care of all the details while we returned to California to prepare for our move to Prescott. The reason he was able to find us the right house was because he was very attentive to all our requirements and made a diligent search before our arrival and did not waste our time by showing us maybe houses. When we sold our home for a necessary move to Wisconsin, he was again our trusted listing agent. After my husband's passing, I immediately contacted Len, knowing full well I could trust in him to help me under my distressing circumstances. He followed through with all my concerns and handled all the necessary details while I returned to Wisconsin to prepare for my return to Prescott. I can heartily recommend him as both a buying and listing agent. He has my full trust and is very easy to work with. Len gets results! My experience with Mr. Len McGee was excellent. We listed a very large expensive home with him in a very depressed real estate market. very few homes at our price point have sold in the past few years. Len did everything possible to market & sell the home and it was no fault of his that a buyer for the home could not be found. When we made the decision to rent the home he brought us a qualified tenant who signed an 18 month lease at a very price. This tenant advised us last week that serious consideration is being given to purchasing the home. Len McGee is honest, highly experienced, straight forward, knowledgeable and a true professional. In my estimation Len's deserving of 5 stars in all areas. My wife and I had owned a condo in Hassayampa for a number of years and decided we wanted to upgrade to a single family home. Len first helped us location a home that was perfect for our needs -- he was patient (we were picky which required his showing us quite a number of homes), he knows the area (and in particular Hassayampa) extremely well, and he was great with the seller and the seller's broker in getting us to the finish line. We then retained Len to sell our condo and he did a great job on the sell side. I'm pleased to recommend Len without reservation. We started looking in Prescott snd ended up in Prescott Valley and he was very accomodating with changing towns. We also started looking at houses and ended up with a townhouse.
