I have lived on Maui for over 50 years. For thirty of those years I have been involved in the process of building high end, luxury homes from Kapalua to Makena as part owner of a construction company. I am very knowledgeable in quality construction and unique finishes. Having this construction background helps me understand not only what buyers desire in a home, but also gives me a huge advantage representing sellers as I am able to use that knowledge to better sell their home. My name is Robb and we have done 3 different transactions with Lena on the beautiful island of Maui. She has lived on the island for many years and knows the market very well. We really appreciated the good communication that Lena had with us as well as her ability to keep a deal from stalling or disappearing altogether. Having a "timeline sheet" that we could reference once we had an offer, relieved a lot of stress and confusion of what stage we were at during the process. We are not from the US so the laws and regulations are slightly different. Lena is well connected with some of the local trades, which came in very handy when trying to get some of the small items taken care of. Lena was always very professional and would notify us when there were any changes or developments in the deal. We would highly recommend Lena for all your real-estate needs.

It wasn’t easy to let go of the house I grew up in, but in the big picture it would have been what my parents would have wanted, which was to help secure a better future for their grandchildren. The timing was right and updated capital gains tax laws helped make the decision easier.

Lena was very accommodating and attentive to the our goals and needs. Timely updates and communication including follow ups and check-ins just to see how things were going or if there were any questions or concerns. Very professional and would recommend her to anyone that has real estate to sell or purchase. Hope to be able to work with her on future transactions.
