With more than 30 years of experience in construction and real estate development, Lenny brings a rare level of insight and expertise to every client’s transaction. Lenny proudly serves as the Immediate Past President of the Realtor Association of Western Kentucky and was the 2025 President of the former Paducah Board of Realtors / REALTOR Association of Western Kentucky. His passion to do things not just right but ethically right led him to continually serve on the Professional Standards committee for over 8 years. His decade-plus of service in various leadership roles within the organization reflects a deep commitment to professionalism, ethical standards, and strengthening the real estate community throughout Western Kentucky. Lenny began his real estate career in 2014, driven by a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals. He earned his Broker’s license in 2021 and founded his own brokerage to create a client-focused culture rooted in integrity, responsiveness, and excellence. Lenny also serves the community serving on the board for the Paducah Urban Development and Community Developement Agency, where he served as Chair and Vice Chair. He has also served on the board for Habitat for Humanity where he was able to help fulfill others dreams of homeownership. Licensed in both Kentucky and Florida, he works with buyers, sellers, and investors on a broad range of property types and goals. Known for strategic negotiation, clear communication, and steadfast support from contract to closing, Lenny delivers confidence and results in every transaction.
