Leo was the best realtor we could have asked for! As first time home buyers who don't know much about the process he was amazing at walking us through the little details and making sure we felt comfortable. He was open and honest through the whole process, and very dedicated to helping us!! From plugging a drain with his hand and boosting us to an attic to check for repairs to text messages at all times asking silly questions, he was great through it all!! If you are looking for a great realtor, this is it, no need to look further. Leo is exactly the kind of agent and person you want there to help you take one of the biggest steps in your life. He always goes the extra mile and is available at all times. Even if for some reason he is unable to be somewhere he will make sure to keep you well attended. In a housing market where everything is chaotoc and really hard, Leo made the process accessible and as easy as possible on us. Without a doubt 10/10 and we will be using Leo again if another housing process needs to be done. And if anyone else asks for a recommendation, Leo will 100% be the choice!

Leo Sandoval went above and beyond my expectations when selling my home! I recently left Minnesota and moved to Alaska, so selling my house in Minnesota was tricky without being there, but Leo made the whole experience go so smoothly! He mowed my lawn, swept after each showing, even brought some air fresheners to make the house smell warm and comfy. Not to mention the amazing job him and his wife did staging the place, I almost wanted to buy it myself 🤣 If I ever move back to MN I'll definitely be using him to buy my next home as well.

Wow, my wife and I now know what buying a house should look like thanks to Leo Sandoval and his team! What a difference it makes to have such an exceptional agent assist with what is a very stressful process. He made things fun and easy while being straightforward and honest. Communication from he and his team were outstanding and wow you want to talk about a confidence boost to a buyer knowing he has your best interest in mind at all times (not his), always going out of his way to accommodate us, working constantly to make sure we had a truly exceptional experience all while assisting others and it felt like we were always his top priority. Oh might I add that he came out mowed our grass and pressure washed our siding on the house we were selling but wait there's more his wife staged our house and it looked excellent. Undoubtedly this brought more money for the house we sold which helped us buy our dream home. I'm not much for reviews but this one is more than deserving and if you are looking to buy or sell a home and you are not reaching out to Leo and his team you are doing yourself a disservice. Outstanding service, outstanding guy that I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone.

Things that went well with Leo; It was our first time going through the house buying process and Leo made it sooo easy for us. Leo was able to answer all of our questions, and if there was one he didn't know, he got the answer for us right away. He made looking for a house much less stressful for us. He was always professional, yet knew when we could joke around and made it fun for us. It seemed like we had Leo's full attention and time during our search for houses. Phenomenal agent! me and my fiancé drove him crazy I'm sure at how many houses we looked at, Leo never batted an eye about driving around and making sure we saw every house on our list until we found our dream home. with how crazy the market is I thought we wouldn't even get a chance at an offer, when we told Leo this was the house, he made it his mission to get us in and got our offer accepted next day way below our budget, cannot recommend this guy enough!

I met Leo about 3 years ago selling cars, he was my Team Lead so basically my mentor. Right away I could see this man operates with Integrity ( not always the case in the car biz) and if something was in question he looked into it found the solution but always with the customers best interest in mind he would never consider taking advantage of someone and I respect that !He worked long, long hours and went home to take care of his Momma who had health issues. I’m taking this time to write a review in regards to Leo Sandoval. Although I am not a customer of his I did feel the need to share my thoughts about him as a person so take this for what it’s worth. I have known Leo for about 10 years and in that time a few things about him have struck me as exceptional.
