Leo Terrazas, CCIM

Leo Terrazas is a licensed real estate broker in the States of Georgia and Florida, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has been in the commercial real estate business since 2005. Throughout his career, he has performed and participated in a variety of commercial real estate endeavors including sales & acquisitions, finance, leasing, construction, and project management.

Leo is an active member of the Georgia CCIM Chapter, where he served as the Chapter's President in 2020. Under his leadership, the Georgia CCIM Chapter was recognized for excellence and received the President's Cup Award from the CCIM Institute. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors.

In addition, Leo is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Georgia. He earned a bachelor’s, a master’s and a doctoral degree from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Leo's priorities in life are his personal relationship with Jesus Christ and his family. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and children. Leo is a member of Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell, GA.
