As sales associate Leon is focused on working with landlords and tenants to put them in the best position to formulate great contracts; and execute worthy deals

Prior to joining Legend, Leon was Property manager/ Supervisor at Cherry Hill Plaza 2100 Rt 38. Overseeing all daily routine maintenance roles | Reporting activity on site involving first responders and law enforcement. Scheduled all meetings at the site involving common area maintenance repairs needing roof access and Fire Pump/Sprinkler System access. Supervised the Development project(s) Red Robin & Navy Federal Credit Union. Leon developed a great rapport with the tenants at Cherry Hill Plaza where his skills & talents have the ability to flourish...
