The current housing market is like kayaking in unknown rapids and there is no better guide then Len Antonelli. As first-time home sellers and buying a new home, my wife and I were lost and needed a lot extra hand holding. Len priced our house perfectly to get the most foot traffic and we received so many offers. Len absolutely took care of everything and sold our house for 15% plus over asking. He guided us every step of the way and never left us hanging or wanting for information and/or answers to our 1000 questions. He has an amazing team, unbelievable amount contacts, and the patience of a saint. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home. What an incredible agent Leonard Antionelli is!!!!
We felt compelled to share our experience and the great pleasure it has been to have worked with Leonard and his team. We spoke with and considered other realtors who were good but were not the right fit for us.
They say that moving and selling a home ranks up there with the stress of a death or a divorce. Contemplating the prospect of selling our family home of 2 generations, my husbands and our children's childhood home, and having to move was difficult, especially at our age.... until we spoke with Len.
We were desperate for a long time to find the best case scenario for our circumstances. The decision came to sell our home and we began to pray for God to choose who should go about this work for us.
From the beginning and from our first conversation, Len was encouraging and positive. He listened and understood our needs and our goals. He built our confidence in him with a reasonable hope and helped us overcome many obstacles, both imagined and real. He was personable, a family man, a wonderful DAD, keeping family first~ we love this strength of character. Someone who knows whats important has his priorities straight and can understand these values is someone that can represent us.
At each juncture, he educated us about our next steps and guided us through with a professional demeanor. He proved himself to be our worthy advocate over and over again. We are forever grateful!
He helped to build a strength in us for what was ahead and kept us both engaged and motivated to stay the course and "trust the process". He managed expectations, set boundaries and helped to execute real time lines. He most often immediately answered EVERY call and text. He was always professional in his manner and kind in his estimations.
I don't know much about the award systems their establishment but if there are any, in our hearts he would deserve them all. Len will always come highly recommended. In fact he is already being considered for several properties; an 8 acre church, several acres of our private school, and possibly our son's home.
Needless to say, I am NOT at a loss for words for this wonderful young man!

I had a really positive experience working with Len both as a buyer and a seller. I purchased my first home in 2013. Len was able to help me find a great property for my small family, was able to walk me through the process of buying a home, and addressed all my questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner. Fast forward almost 5 years later, our family had grown and we were ready for our next house. We listed with Len, and within a couple of weeks had some great offers and found the perfect buyers. As our listing agent, Len was able to help us identify the best projects to tackle in preparation, had great professional photos taken of our property, and helped us to negotiate the best deal when the offers came in.

My family has hired Len on two separate occasions, and had a great experience both times! The first time, after spending 6 months with another agent that could not sell our home, which Len then sold in under 2 months for full price! From the first appointment Len offered great advice on preparing our home for sale and after looking at our homes online add comparing Lens to the first agent, I can say that all agents are not created equal! Len hires a professional photographer who takes awesome pictures and prior to her coming out he advised us on how to prepare for the photos...and they turned out awesome! His advice on preparing and also how to go about pricing and his attention to detail are why we hired him to sell my grandmother's home as well. He sold that in under 2 months too! He was there every step with quick answers and solid advice. I'd definitely recommend Len if your thinking about moving, and if we ever move again I would not call anyone else!
