My sister in law and I worked directly with Len to sell her house. Len provided excellent customer service, he was professional and always ready to answer numerous questions and concerns . He was kind and patient and made us fee like we were his only client.

Len is a realtor that will go out of his way to make sure you find the right home or get the very best price for selling/renting your home. He has helped us with several transactions and is always easy to work with, responsive, and respectful of our wishes. He answers questions quickly and honestly and does extensive research to get the best results. All with a smile!

If you need to sell your home or you want to buy a home, you should strongly consider Len as your Realtor. Len acts in a fiduciary manner for his clients. He listens and addresses concerns, not dismissing them. He is skilled at difficult negotiations and creative in finding solutions. Also, Len is a full-time Realtor. This is his career, not a side gig. He handles dozens of transactions a year; keeping him abreast of the latest real estate trends, issues, and concerns. Len stays ahead of the latest marketing trends. He will provide the most effective campaign of getting your property in front of the largest audience and getting it sold for the most money and value.

My husband and I started our home buying journey late 2018. We were first time home buyers with not so great credit and no idea where to begin. Thats when I was introduced to Len by a 3rd party website and it was probably the single best thing that happened during our whole experience. Len helped point us in the right direction. He introduced us to someone that continuously helped us work on our credit scores. He was always there for us when we needed questions answered or whenever we weren't sure what decision to make, he always checked in to make sure we were ok. When I started looking I had no idea what I wanted in a home, just that we needed to find one. Len went the extra mile, for MONTHS before we would even be in a position to make an offer, he tirelessly showed me home after home so I could get a feel of different floor plans. We closed on our home July 2019 and even now, almost a year later, Len still checks in on us and is there to answer any questions we have. He is hands down THE BEST realtor. We are blessed to have met him and appreciate him so much.

When my husband and I moved to Texas about 4 years ago, Len was one of the first people that we met. He is truly an example of Texas hospitality. Len has been a beacon of knowledge in regards to all things this area has to offer.
He is a master of his craft, and shows his understanding of the housing market using objective data and his detail oriented approach. Buying and selling a home is one of the more stressful times in your life, and finding a realtor that you can trust and really talk to is so important. Len Clark is definitely a guy you can trust. He answers (and still answers) all of my questions about finances, the housing market, and recommendations in the area.
Len is someone you can count on if you are looking for a real estate agent that will truthfully guide you through the (often confusing) process of home buying and selling.
