Mr. Leonard Kahn became my real estate agent through a recommendation from my friends. I am so happy that I decided to put my faith and trust in his abilities as my agent. Len is a very knowledgeable, honest, straightforward, and extremely patient person with clients. I was impressed with his work ethic as well as his ability and understanding of what I wanted in my home search. Len found a variety of houses in my price range. He was also spot on when it came to what I wanted and needed in the new house, which included existing homes as well as new builds.

I must say, Len was always punctual and always confirmed appointment dates/times prior to showings or meetings. He also really listened carefully to me before suggesting or setting appointments for home showings. I was able to view and discuss options until the perfect house became a reality for me.

I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent than Len from Berkshire Hathaway. He truly made my home search and purchase a great experience. I learned a lot about the process too, which was an added bonus. Many thanks and gratitude for all of your hard work, patience, and attention to details in my search to find my forever home!!!

I have to admit when I started to look into buying my first home I was very nervous. I had no idea what I was getting into or where to even really begin. I looked up realtors and saw different reviews. None made me feel as if they looked out for me(the little guy) like Leonard Kahn aka Len.
He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and very honest. He wanted my success and happiness with the decision I'd make with what I had chosen. He never pushed me into something just to get a check. Of course we all want to make money and being a realtor you want to achieve that goal. However he never put that before what was best for me. Len looks to achieve making you make a smart investment that will make you happy and won't waste your time or money.

I don't write reviews but Len deserves to be praised. Whoever reads this deserves to have a professional who has dignity. Who will get back to you in a timely manner and make you feel confident and secure in your decision. Any other property endeavors I look into he will always be my go to realtor.
