About Leonard

Len was born and raised in Oakland, California and over the past 30 years has served the residential real estate markets in the San Francisco Bay Area and Phoenix Metroplex.

Len's career in real estate began in Northern California in 1996 as a civilian case manager for U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and in 1998 transitioned into project management and oversight of new construction within the luxury home market of the San Francisco/Bay Area.

Upon his permanent relocation to Arizona in 2002, Len worked as an on-site real estate sales agent to several of Arizona's top US & Canadian condominium developers. In 2008 with more than 500 transactions under his belt, he left the onsite arena in order to be able to better service his client's needs throughout the entire Valley of the Sun.

Len is a recognized Certified Residential Specialist®, Accredited Buyer's Representative® and Master Certified Negotiation Expert® with proven experience in Primary Residence, Corporate/Personal Relocation, Vacation Home, Investment Property, Foreign National Representation and most recently was honored with the prestigious PLR Circle Of Excellence® and BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS REAL ESTATE Emerald Elite Award ®.

With a previous emphasis on cross border Canada to Arizona Vacation Home and Investment Property purchases and listings, Len successfully closed more than 100 transactions with his "Neighbors to the North" who primarily hail from British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.

Now with over 900 Arizona properties sold, including 200+ homes for the American Residential Income Fund, Len's experience, outgoing positive attitude and highly principled work ethic make him tops' in his field and a pleasure to work with.

In his spare time he loves relaxing with his amazing wife of 22 years and children ages 17 and 20. Some of his favorite family activities are boating on Phoenix's 5 local lakes, cruising in the convertible and anything else outdoors!
