Ron and Lesa were wonderful. We are up in Ohio taking care of our family member’s house and they made it possible to sell it quickly and helped with other various things we needed that wouldn’t ordinarily fall under a realtor’s duties. It was nice having them in our corner during the worst month of our life. They listened, offered information in a way we could process at the moment, and responded to any text very quickly. Lesa Lillibridge with her team from Keller William Chervenic Rlty did an excellent job selling our home. There were multiple bids after first day of showing. Ms. Lillibridge gave us helpful referrals and assistance organizing our home for an absolute auction. From start to finish everything was completed in just over one month. She made it as painless as possible to empty our home of 20 years of stuff. Her advice was invaluable as we moved out of state and completed our sale electronically. We have used Lesa for our professional real estate needs for many years. When the time came for us to sell our home, we turned to Lesa again, knowing she would handle all our needs.
Lesa put our home as a "coming soon" listing along with professionally taken photographs. Within an hour of the listing going live, we started getting showing requests. We were surprised since it was early on a Sunday morning. The requests kept pouring in during the week. Because of the high volume of traffic we were getting, we decided to limit the showings to 4 days and accept offers on the 5th day. We had 2 offers sight unseen which were over the asking price. Lesa fielded numerous calls and posted our house on many real estate sites to maximize the exposure to our property. She knew what she was doing and it paid off.
We ended up with 82 showings and 26 offers, with the majority of the offers greatly exceeding the asking price. We could have had more showings and more offers but when it got to that point we decided not to prolong the issue and not accept any more showings or offers.
Would we recommend Lesa and use her services again for our real estate needs? We already have and will continue to do so. Our neighbors were amazed at the interest our property received and have taken her name and contact information for their future use. They were especially surprised our house sold so fast because there were 2 other houses on our street that have been for sale since early summer. One is finally under contract, the other is still unsold, and it's on a more desirable piece of property that is lake front.
Lesa pulled out all the stops with a virtual walk through as well as a 3D virtual tour and hired a pilot for drone shots of the property as well of the surrounding property. Lesa made sure all showings followed COVID-19 standards to keep us and our home protected. We feel that the use of technology and the amount of websites she put it on helped contribute to the interest and quick sale of our home.
