Lesa Miller is a very knowledgeable real estate agent.
She toured me to a property. When she walked around the floor in the living room. She noticed that one section of the floor was soft. She brought me down to check the floor structure and suggested the floor might need to be re-enforced and suggested to have a structural engineer to inspect and to provide recommendation. Indeed the engineer recommended the section of the floor had to be re-beamed.

In addition, she possesses good negotiation skill. She, as my buyer agent, fairly represented me to bid for the property. She convinced the seller to cover the roof replacement and floor rebeam cost(totally $16K).

After the escrow closing, she put all the documents throughout the buying process, roof replacement warranty, floor rebeam warranty, escrow paper into a binder for my reference. It showed she was a meiculous person.

She called to follow up with me one week after the transaction was completed.

I am very satifisified with Lesa's service.

I’ve worked with her on four different transactions over the last several years, and Lesa's expertise, patience, legal background, calm nature and sense of humor are much appreciated during sometimes-tense negotiations. I always felt she was both a strong and reasonable advocate for me both when I was buying and selling. I would 100% recommend her, especially during these “interesting” times that can sometimes feel harrowing and uncertain. I also really appreciate that Lesa is not pushy, but yet is able to counterbalance that with quick action and great insight when the situation calls for it! This was my second transaction with Lesa Miller in the past ~18 months (she helped us buy our home in Bloomington as I began grad school and then helped sell it after I left Bloomington upon accepting a full-time position in Indianapolis), and she was once again fantastic.

Lesa is exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. This sale was far from ordinary given Covid-19 and that we had relocated out of town, but she made the transaction seamless. She recommended several contractors who did great work in preparing the house to be put on the market, and she coordinated everything needed with the my company's relocation broker to my complete satisfaction.

For me, what sets Lesa apart is that she's just a genuinely good and friendly person. She truly wants to help her clients and goes to great lengths to do so. She makes herself available and it's obvious that you're her number one priority when you talk. She's generous with her time and she's great at breaking things down for people who might be less experienced in real estate.

I've bought and sold a home with Lesa Miller and happily recommend her! You will not be disappointed.

We had the privilege of working with Lesa Miller to purchase a home in Bloomington. She was absolutely incredible to work with! She not only very patiently answered our questions and concerns, but she had the legal and technical competencies to negotiate in our favor. She incorporated several items into our purchase agreement that were in our favor such as home inspections, surveys, and other items. She also ensured that each of these items was carried out by the builder. We closed remotely and she went out of her way on multiple occasions to FaceTime with us, check on the home, and she even sent an employee to allow the appliances to be delivered. Lesa was not pushy with us and we never felt pressured, which was a huge relief compared to other agents I have worked with. She guided us through the entire process from placing an offer, to issuing a counter offer, handling inspections, hooking up utilities, having a radon mitigation system installed, etc. Once in the home, she remained very responsive when we had some minor plumbing leaks that needed fixed.

I doubt that you will find a more competent real estate agent. With a law degree, MBA, and a real estate license Lesa is extremely well qualified. We were so impressed with the experience that we plan on using her services again if we sell the home! If you want an agent that will truly have your best interest in mind (and who has the knowledge and experience necessary), I would highly recommend Lesa Miller. I will refer Lesa to my personal friends and family because she was so exceptional to work with. We're so excited to be in our new home, and thanks to Lesa she helped make it happen!
