About Lesa

Lesa was born and raised in St Helena Napa Valley California. She was fascinated from an early age with anything that flew. Lesa became a Pilot in 1978 and was hired by TWA in 1984 to fly the 767 and made that her career for 22 years. The reason for her transition into a new career was unfortunately at first not a happy one. Lesa bought her first home in 1985 and then listed it for sale as part of a 1031 Exchange. Upon signing her closing documents, the escrow officer asked her where she would like her check sent. Her Agent informed her that a 1031 Exchange was never set up. This caused her a major tax event that she hadn’t planned for. At that point she decided that she would work toward the goal of not only managing her own real estate portfolio but also helping others with the care and attention that they deserved. In 1986 Lesa was licensed and by 1992 she founded her own brokerage” Warner & Thomas Real Estate Group”.

In the end, Maui kept calling to her heart and Lesa moved to Maui after many years of visiting and vowing to return. In 2013 she made Maui her permanent home. She is so incredibly grateful to get to live, work and play here and she loves sharing all Maui offers. Lesa treats every client with the same diligence and care that it took her to run a jet and she cares very much about each one of the Real Estate transactions that she oversees for her clients.
