Leslie has been selling Realestate in and around Sarasota County for many yrs. She is well versed on the in's and out's of not only the area but the legal matters that are involved with the selling and purchasing of property. Leslie knew the plus and minuses of the Realestate in our area and how to accent the pluses. She has worked both in coordination with other Realestate agency's as well as on her own. We had initially thought about listing our home on our own. Then realizing all the legal, financial, as well as the preparation and time it would involve we saw it as being a mind blowing experience. When we finally bit the bullet to list our property thru Leslie and let her experience deal with all of those headaches it proved to be the right choice. With in 48 hrs. Leslie came thru with a buyer. We closed the deal with in weeks and we were able to proceed with our lives.

I recently worked with Lesley on the sale of my home. Her guidance in setting the price was much better than the two other realtors who visited my home prior to meeting her. She seemed to appreciate the love that went into making this house a home and was prepared to help me get top dollar for it, which we did on the very first day it was listed. Whenever I had a question or concern, she took the time to text me or call me timely. I would recommend Lesley to family and friends in the Englewood area.
