Leslie began her banking career at LaSalle Bank in 2001 and quickly advanced into multifamily lending, loan processing, and closing. She later held positions with Banco Popular and Harris Bank before being recruited by Ridgestone Bank (now Byline Bank) for her expertise in SBA lending.
