Amazing! phenomenal! Best of the best! These are the words that come to mind when I think of Leslie Hoban. Leslie is the best real estate agent we have ever experienced.

She is professional, thorough, detailed oriented, friendly personable, and will work for you 24/7 day and night. She was always accessible to us by phone call, text, or email. We had a challenging investment property that we were trying to sell for a very long time. We had challenges for years with various real estate agents to sell it. We were referred to Leslie by a close friend of ours. Once introduced, Leslie accepted the task, worked hard, diligent, extremely thorough and professional, and was successfully able to sell our property, in a timely fashion. This is shown through her communications style, immediate response time, direction provided throughout the transaction, and her classy professional approach to name a few.
We sold tour home in 4 days for more than we were asking. We see this as a reflection of her due diligence, taking her advice on preparing the home for sale, listing price, and knowledge of market place trends. Leslie is amazing! We were first time buyers looking for a house from out of state. She gave us confidence in each house by FaceTiming us for the walk throughs and giving us her honest opinion about the areas and homes we were looking at. Leslie has been such a joy to work with over the past few years. She's now helped me sell two homes and purchase one, and I would be working with her again if I wasn't moving from the area. I never felt like she treated me like merely a client--I felt like she treated me like someone she cares about. She listened to what I was truly looking for and didn't try to overwhelm me with options outside of my preferences as I've experienced with past realtors. She's also honest and transparent. When I first reached out to her about possibly selling my condo, she was honest with me that the time wasn't optimal if I was willing to wait a little longer. She always does her research and follows up to make sure everything is well, even after settlement. I had the pleasure of working with Leslie Hoban this past April/May on the purchase of my first home! Leslie was an absolute rock-star and I am so glad I ran into her at an open house, it was the start of a great relationship. Leslie was nothing but patient with me as a first time home-buyer with probably way too many questions.

Leslie does a great job of handling conversations with other agents and was great at helping me understand how best to:
- Approach buyers with an offer catered to their needs that doesn't stretch my budget.
- Focus in on a specific win theme, highest price won't always be the only deciding factor in a sale!
- Managing relationships with sellers agents throughout the process to ensure open lines of communication and help make my offer as appealing as it can be.

Leslie was a great resource for finding the right home for me. I started out looking on Zillow and finding open houses near me, but often the homes were either out of my price range or not what I was looking for. Leslie was a great listener when trying to understand what I was looking for and finding the right fit. Within just the first weekend with her we saw multiple homes I would put an offer on!

One other thing - her local resources are great! She quickly connected me with a small team of supporters to help with things like coordinating a loan, doing a rapid inspection, and was great at answering questions other than details about a home.

I would strongly recommend working with Leslie and you bet that if and when I am back in the market she will be my first phone call.

Leslie is outstanding! I highly recommend her. As a part of my relocation to NoVA, I was looking to purchase a home in the area. I found Leslie through Zillow and she was great to work with. After an initial phone call and conversation with Leslie, I had complete confidence and trust in her to help me purchase a home sight unseen. Leslie was very responsive and knew what I was looking for. She was also honest about the condition of prospective homes we were looking at and her assessment of the home. She sent me videos/photos of the different homes I was considering. I ultimately ended up purchasing a home that was about to come to market. Leslie had worked with this particular listing agent and she was confident in the condition of the home. I had complete confidence and we were able to get an offer out and accepted. I met Leslie for the first time in person on the day of settlement/walkthrough. She was on-time and completely prepared. She had everything ready for the seller rent back and helped me with this aspect of the purchase as well. Very detail oriented during the walkthrough and condition assessment. She was also understanding of my schedule/travel as a part of purchasing this home and helped set expectations with the listing agent and seller. Leslie Hoban presented my wife and I with the most comprehensive plan to sell our house, including providing us with macro and micro economic data, her sense of the market and her inane abilities for staging and design. Other realtors suggested we make many upgrades and offered a list of contractors. Leslie did the same, but, with regards to staging, she rolled up her sleeves and ACTUALLY DID THE STAGING! Leslie went even further - she dipped into her own private stash of furniture and accessories (free of charge) to further enhance the house's marketability.

Leslie managed the sales and negotiation process masterfully, pushing back when we needed to push back, to get the best pricing for our house. Once under contract, Leslie didn't dish us off to subordinates - she personally walked us all the way through to the closing.
All the other realtors stressed their "team approach", which sounded "dynamic" and exciting, but we interpreted that to mean that we'd only see that realtor when he/she had the time. Not when we needed them. Leslie seems to handle real estate transactions the old fashioned way - hands on, holding your hand the entire way. No one does that anymore. What's not to like? The experience was stellar!

Leslie played the consummate professional through every stage of this transaction. We NEVER dealt with anyone other than Leslie - there was no more capable leader we could have hoped for. And I say this as the owner of a national commercial real estate investment company. Frankly, I could use someone like Leslie - you're fortunate to have her!

Leslie was always available - no communication went unanswered. Calls, if VM were left, were quickly returned, and texted messages were almost instantaneously commented upon.

There is no way my wife and I could have had a better experience! Leslie is a special person - DON'T LOSE HER!
