Leslie is a Bay Area native and graduate of San Francisco State University where she received her BA in communications. Shortly after, she obtained her MA Organization Development (MSOD). Several years later, her son was on a quest to play college football and just as any Mom would spring into action, she was determined to help him get there. In an effort to assist him with his recruiting, she obtained her MA in sports management/collegiate athletics from the University of San Francisco. She was able to help him secure 13 full ride scholarship offers. Once her son entered into college she continued her passion for the game by helping several other young men with their collegiate athletic dreams, and has been able to secure hundreds of full ride and partial scholarships for athletes throughout Northern California. She founded her own All-Star game called the Bay Area Cali Classic and has been recognized as a female trailblazer in the local sports community.

Leslie understands the psychology of all people and strives to know what drives them. With 32 years of corporate & professional experience in real estate, marketing & client portfolio management, she is adept it analyzing every situation from both sides of a transaction as an advocate whose goal is to insightfully negotiate successful deals where maximum value is realized.

In line with her unwavering dedication to excellence, Leslie is backed by an efficient team of knowledgeable and resourceful professionals in addition to a vast network comprised of lenders, real estate attorneys, appraisers, contractors, among others.

Outside of real estate, Leslie enjoys spending quality time with her family, juicing, hiking, biking, kick boxing, community service, traveling the world & watching football. She is also a proud member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
