As a long-standing Oklahoman, Realtor- Leslie Lynn is an avid spokesperson for all things concerning her native state. One of her greatest joys is being able to introduce newcomers to the area, then show them just what is so very special about it! Growing up in NW OKC, after her father completed his residency at NIH, she attended Oklahoma City public schools, then Putnam City, and completed High School at Heritage Hall with honors. She proceeded to the University of OK, where she received her BFA in Advertising Design with additional concentrations in Marketing, Art History and Journalism. She is thrilled to bring those skills, along with an innate salesmanship & networking in her real estate profession!
Whether it’s helping business and hospitals relocate physicians or employees through area tours for incoming candidates; conducting premarketing consultations or evaluations for home sellers, attorneys or financial institutions; working on senior home sales which can require coordinating with trusts, assisted living centers and estate sales companies; or hunting down that perfect deal for her investors, Leslie is always up for the job. Ms. Lynn’s competencies include the sale of residential, commercial, multi-family, as well as land.
As a full-time Realtor since 1983, Leslie finds the majority of her business comes from repeat and referral clients. “I really like my clients, so I befriending them is usually the follow up. I don’t mind passing along a good recommendation for a restaurant or to a cool event, or tap them for a fun volunteer gig. I find it a particular honor when they refer their friends and neighbors, and entrust me with their most valuable asset – their children, for next-gen home shopping!”
Leslie has obtained the following Nationally recognized designations CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute member), E-Pro (A Digital Marketing Certification), and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative). She loves the learning & utilizing the latest tricks, but isn’t afraid to rely on her many years of experience and innate creativity to land a sale. Past & Present Company awards include Top Production, Top Referring Realtor and Associate of the Year.
Her passion for her community is real. She has actively served on community boards and supports many worthy causes. Presently she is on the Board of the Lynn Health Research Institute; helps with food distribution events; serves on the Arts Festival for Allied Arts committee, and is a deacon at her church. She is also a member of her sorority alumnae group and PEO. Her Mission is to create a better community for all people.
