I am an international assignee from Korea, and I found her on line, and I just trusted what Zillow review said called her from Korea and made an appointment to see her. It was not wrong. She understood my needs very quickly, and she dedicated her one week only for us during our house hunting travel. My wife and myself traveled a lot to view homes during that one week. She has broad local knowledge resulting in no waste of time. We found a Great Home in Lake Orion on the wonderful Lake. She called utility companies so kindly to hook up gas and electricity as she knows that I have a language barrier as a non native English speaker. She was masterful in her process expertise, immediately responded to my needs, and showed excellent negotiation skills. I strongly recommend her if you are searching for your home.

Leslie went over the top helping us to make a purchase from our home quarters in British Columbia. From the initial showings (and the first one she showed matched our criteria specifically) to the final signings to assistance with our 'long distance 'renos, Leslie was there to help us at a moment's notice. Any questions we had that she did not know the answer to, she found the answer within 24 hours. Her negotiating skills with a seemingly (to us) reluctant seller kept us in the game and finalized the deal with a price well within our budget. No surprises with Leslie-everything is staightforward and upfront.

Leslie was excellent to work with. She was accessible and very helpful. She gave good suggestions as the pricing of the house. Was willing to do whatever to get the house sold. Also helped with the selection of the new home. She took me to see several houses starting in March. Was always upbeat no matter how many houses I looked at with her. She worked heard to get me the best price for the house. She worked with me to get a good Inspector. She was at attendance at the Inspection. Just overall a joy to work with.
