It was a pleasure working with Leticia. She sold our home in 11/14, it was a difficult sale involving 8 joint owners of a property left to us by our parents. Despite a few obstacles in the way, she was able to sell our property quickly and efficiently. She handled everything in a very professional manner, and never hesitated to answer our questions or return our calls. She kept us informed of the progress along the way, and always made sure we fully understood what was going on. I know she went above and beyond of what is expected of a real estate agent and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Because of the recent economic downturn, we were forced to sell a second home we've had for more than five years. After reviewing the process requirement for a short sale, my wife and I felt apprehensive.
