My wife and I purchased a home in North Bend Oregon a year ago. Levi Rider was recommended by everyone we spoke to and to say we were lucky and fortunate is an understatement. He helped make the most stressful decision of finding the exact home we wanted the easiest decision we have made. I first met Levi as he was supporting the seller on a piece of property I was buying. He helped the transaction go through. I was impressed and called him. We needed to sell my mother’s house and we do not live in the area. After asking around it wasn’t long before Levi’s name came up as an honest reputable realtor. After reaching out to him he jumped in and immediately moved things forward. The interest rates during our sell time became elevated and slowed the market. Levi never missed a beat and was able to find a buyer. He was a great liaison between us and the buyer during the closing of the sale. When I relocated my family to the Oregon Coast from California 2 years ago, Sea Board Properties found us the perfect home. When we decided to purchase an investment property to flip we chose Levi to find us a great opportunity. When it was ready to resale he promoted fantastically, getting amazing professional photography and it sold within 30 days for nearly asking price. Living in a different town from him and buying in an area that we both didn’t live in wasn’t a problem for Levi. He was on top of it. Just when we were ready to settle for something that we both didn’t agree on, Levi found us our perfect home. We both absolutely love everything about this home!
