We live out of state and looking to buy a 2nd home, so things were challenging from the start. First, I decided I needed to develop a trusting relationship, going both ways with a local realtor. Levi was my first contact. He responded quickly and met us at one of his properties during our first visit to town. I needed an agent, I could trust, with good knowledge of the market and responsive. As it played out, leading to the purchase of a property, Levi well exceeded my expectations in all areas mentioned. He invested in our efforts, even though it was a long shot we might find something. He never steered us to his listed properties, but focused on our priorities and needs as we worked through opportunities over a month or so. We did find a property that checked off all of our boxes and Levi helped us put together the right offer to close the deal. Trust was essential and that became critical at the end. I depended on his knowledge of the market and learned as well. His responsiveness was key to making it all come together in the end. I feel very fortunate to have found Levi and would highly recommend him to all.

We needed to sell my mother’s house and we do not live in the area. After asking around it wasn’t long before Levi’s name came up as an honest reputable realtor. After reaching out to him he jumped in and immediately moved things forward. The interest rates during our sell time became elevated and slowed the market. Levi never missed a beat and was able to find a buyer. He was a great liaison between us and the buyer during the closing of the sale. When I relocated my family to the Oregon Coast from California 2 years ago, Sea Board Properties found us the perfect home. Living in a different town from him and buying in an area that we both didn’t live in wasn’t a problem for Levi. He was on top of it.
