It was very good working with Levi Rodgers but what really put it over the top was that when I found the piece of land that I was looking for but the price seemed out-of-bounds, he did the comps. So I submitted a bid that was at the comps and it was immediately accepted. Without research and prompting, I would've started the bidding much higher. Levi and his team got our home sold for the price we wanted. A little bit of trouble came up in our sale when we found out there was hail damage that required a roof replacement. We were able to get the roof fixed during the transaction, but closing had to get extended. Levi and his team solved a major problem for our family as the roofer ran into delays and the buyers still wanted to move in. They were able to get the title company to hold the money for the roof, close on the home, and the buyers of our home were able to move in and handle the roof with the roofer. Great solution for a potential disaster that would have slowed our move out of San Antonio. I highly recommend Levi and his team, great negotiators and problem solvers.

I felt they were over paid and usually you could rely on them costing you far more than they were worth and possibly costing you the deal. Then I was forced to work with The Levi Rogers Team in a buyers capacity because they had the listing. In this transaction they not only proved me wrong but gave me the opportunity to witness a level of professionalism, honor and commitment I have never seen in business. So fast forward a couple of years and when I needed to sell two investment homes quick one name came to mind Levi Rogers, I wanted this Team on my side of the table. I called and Levi met me at my home the next day where he earned my business with a lot of what I considered at the time over promises. However he delivered on all of them with both houses. He sold both homes quicker than I expected and got more money in my pocket than I thought I would selling them on my own. (Hints if you think hiring a professional is expensive, try hiring an amateur) I will never go it alone again, so long as MR. Rogers is in business. The esprit de corps that this team has is nothing short of impressive and there ability to apply that to your real estate needs is unparalleled in the industry and In my opinion This Team has established a standard that all others would do well to strive to emulate. Overall, great transaction. We had a couple hiccups in the beginning with the photography, but Salena was able to get the photography team back out there right away and re shoot the photos. I was initially upset about having to re shoot, and I was talking with a friend about that, and they said that it is a good sign that the team will spend the money to make it right. Which leads me to my next portion... wether it was facebook, Zillow, or their website... these guys put our home out there and represented us greatly all the way to the end. Thank you!

From start to finish, I was really impressed by the service from this guy Levi and his people. He seems to be all over the place. In past experiences, real estate agents who know what they are doing are busy people. This guy Levi responded to my text messages almost immediately. And not with some auto-generated message. A real person texted me or answered my weekend calls. It’s like this guy’s team is on call 24/7! It was really a surprise. I was OCONUS and forgot the time difference and Levi texted me back at 3:00 AM in the morning San Antonio time! The guy never sleeps I guess. Service and attention were on par with my expectations. But that’s not all they did. I had a thorough analysis and explanation of the neighborhoods and markets I was interested in, especially the west side. Traffic patterns and schools are a huge issue, which I had never thought about. I wasn’t aware of those things before talking with Levi. And when I called to check on the progress of the contract, they were able to tell me exactly what was going on, each time I called. They must be tracking each and every transaction on a daily basis because those weren’t scheduled calls. Another thing, I just remembered is that they told me to go to the home inspection. The agent met me at the house and explained everything the home inspector found that was wrong with the house. Levi told me this was leverage in negotiations and got all the issues addressed before Closing. And this guy has a lot of class. Instead of getting an impersonal gift card like I got from other agents, I was given a beautiful watercolor painting of the house as a memento of this purchase. It really took me by surprise and showed a whole lot of class and personal attention.

Levi and the team helped my family purchase our first home. We had been PCS overseas, and really wanted to settle as quickly as possible once we landed in Texas. The shorter we had to stay in a hotel with our young children, the better!!

Before we got to San Antonio, Levi took over an hour to speak to us over the phone. I'm not sure if he knew it at that time, but we had been interviewing other realtors in the area. Well, suffice to say that he nailed his interview, and our decision was made easy.

The day we landed, he picked us up from our hotel, as our car hadn't arrived yet, and after a mini information session about San Antonio, and the different areas, he started showing us around town. He already had a list of potential homes ready for us, before we even landed!

He always had sound advice for us. We liked a couple of homes with various issues that might have affected the resale. Levi researched homes that we were interested in, and gave us thorough information for making our decision. He spoke frequently of being able to sell the house, even in a bad market, if we had to for some unexpected reason. One of the things I appreciated most was that he helped educate us, and made sure that we were making an informed decision. He helped us understand the real estate market in San Antonio, and the pros and cons to the different houses we were considering.

Anyway, we found the PERFECT home for us, and were closed and MOVED in in UNDER A MONTH!! Levi negotiated great terms for us, and set us up with contacts for every tradesman we needed to move in right away. Also, his preferred lender was amazing to work with. I truly could not believe how easy the process was from start to finish.

We worked with numerous people on his team as well, and it was all a cohesive working machine. No matter who we spoke to, we were met with an eagerness to help out and a 'will do' attitude. I am not an easy person to work with. I ask a LOT of questions, but positively everyone was patient and eager to answer them for me, without hesitation.

I really can't say enough good things about purchasing our home, or with working with Levi and his team. I never felt as though he was 'selling us a house.' I felt as though he was helping our family find a safe new home, and a sound investment. I also felt as though our best interests were his top priority every step of the way, and felt safe putting our trust in him. It was an honor to get to work with someone who is not only great at what he does, but also has such a good heart. That is all too rare.

It's taken me a while to write this review but around April, Levi afforded me the opportunity to move to San Antonio from Killeen. I needed to be where I could make a better life for my 2 kids and I, along with being where we could be safer from a DV situation we had been evading. I was having major issues dealing with my current landlord and the realtor I was trying to rent from in San Antonio. Unfortunately, I couldnt afford to get anything Levi was working with so I had to go through another company. Levi helped mediate some issues with the other realtor along with helping me cover some unexpected costs the others wanted that I couldn't pay. If it weren't for Levi and his company, I would've been trying to swim to the top from a homeless shelter because either way, we could not stay in Killeen.

Levi and his team were always very helpful and nice as we were trying to get all this straight. They are about getting things done not just talking about getting things done. As a veteran, I really felt he had my back as we talk about being our brother's keeper in the veteran community. I delt with real estate companies that didn't want to return my call even though I had cash in hand and delt with a company that approved me but wanted to do everything possible to not let me move in despite having a good rental history.
