Lew has shown me countless properties. Lew made it a point to learn what my needs and wants in a house were, (and there were many), and made them a priority in each viewing, to the extent that he would remind me of those needs/wants when I was ready to "settle" for something that wasn't quite right. Lew was always patient and optimistic. He constantly checked in on how I was feeling during each phase of the process, included after we passed papers.
Although Lew is a consummate professional, I always felt like I was exploring someplace new with a buddy rather it being cold and impersonal thing as many business dealings can be. Lew kept me constantly informed. Lew has a knack for "keeping a weather-eye on the horizon", and as a result he always had answers before there were questions- a quality in a businessperson that inspires confidence, respect and trust. Lew also worked seamlessly with my mortgage broker and attorney. They never met each other, yet you would think that they worked in the same office for years!
I never felt Lew was trying to sell me a house; I always felt he was trying to find me a home. In the end I found exactly what I was looking for, and yes, all my wants and needs were met- Lew saw to it.

OUTSTANDING REALTOR!!!! Lew went above and beyond in selling my mom’s condo that fell under the 40b criteria. It was a very, very longggg and complex process but he always calm and pleasant, while also remaining very involved, excellent in communicating with all parties and was always on top of the situation! I would highly recommend him!!!

Lew McConkey, Realtor, was fantastic throughout the process of selling my commercial property (professional office). The Pandemic was a terrible time to sell office space, as offices were closing and people increasingly began working remotely. In spite of this, Lew was able to help us sell our property AND at a substantially higher price than asking! He was a pleasure to work with and was untiring in his efforts to accommodate my partner and I. He went above and beyond what one would expect especially considering that I now live over 1000 miles away. Lew took car of the property and saved me from having to make trips back to Massachusetts to attend to numerous issues. Thank-you Lew! You are not only a terrific Realtor, you are a genuinely a fine person with a great degree of integrity.
