About Lewis

Lewis Brugger initially started his real estate career as an investor while working full time in the fast-paced world of retail management. This prior experience provided Lewis with both invaluable and transferable skills in areas such as time management, customer service, leading/developing others and profit & loss implications, which have all aided in the success of his real estate business. In his first year as a licensed real estate agent Lewis received Rookie of the Year from his KW office and consistently receives sales volume awards. Lewis is continually learning and studying market conditions, allowing him to confidently educate both his buyer and seller clients throughout all phases of the transaction. Starting out as an investor, Lewis is still personally investing in fixer upper properties, which he renovates and resells to new buyers, uniquely qualifying him as an expert resource to those looking to begin, grow and/or manage their investment portfolio. Lewis grew up in Vermont and went on to study business at the University of Vermont. After which he moved to Massachusetts and is now the proud father to his beautiful daughter and enjoys Boston sports, beach days, craft beers and spending time with friends and family.
