About Libby

Libby’s family has lived in Cookeville since 1981. They moved there from Louisville, Kentucky to start Heritage Ford. She graduated from Cookeville High School and TTU with a degree in Home Economics specializing in Interior Design in 1991. Libby and her husband are the proud parents of a daughter, who is a Pre-K Sped teacher, a son-in-law, who works for the City of Cookeville, a grandson, who loves to rodeo, and a granddaughter, who is a rambunctious toddler. For several years, they have been active with youth rodeo and the Tennessee high school rodeo.

After many years in the car business, Libby decided to get her real estate license. She is a multiyear million-dollar producer, former chairperson of the UCAR Education and Membership committee, an Eagle Club member, and belongs to the Cookeville/Putnam County Chamber of Commerce.

Libby is a TAR-certified real estate instructor. She has served on the UCAR MLS and Finance committees, 2023 Board President and is currently serving on the UCAR Board of Directors as Past President. Libby volunteers with the local ACS Relay for Life, Upper Cumberland Habitat for Humanity, Senior Citizen Awareness Network with the Putnam County Sheriff's Dept, the TSSAA Blue Cross Bowl, and Food to the Rescue.

She is a member of the inaugural Sheriff's Department Citizen Academy. As the principal broker for Highlands Elite Real Estate in McMinnville, I can assist my clients in all areas of the Upper Cumberland from the Kentucky state line to nearly Chattanooga and southern Middle Tennessee. Also a Broker Realtor of Gulf2Beach Vacation Rentals and Sales in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Libby enjoys helping clients find that perfect home or farm. She also enjoys introducing everyone to the wonderful Upper Cumberland area.
