If she feels it isn't the right home she is open about why you should keep looking. Libby is quick to respond and schedule showings. She is a leader in her industry. We felt so confident working with Libby that we trusted her judgement and purchased a home without seeing it in person due to being out of state. The home far exceeded our expectations and we are very happy with our home purchase. Libby furnished us with contact information for utilities making the process even easier. I want you to know how you have really proven that you are tops in my book. You made an impossible transaction, possible. You were used in an impactful way to ensure everything went as smoothly as it could. You were professional, and reasonable in your requests. You persevered and had your eye on closing my difficult property, even with all the various difficult circumstances. Sure enough, it closed, sooner than we all thought it would. Your non-stop persistence on many levels, absolutely paid off. Even with the unique issues that arose during the transaction, in order to get it closed, you never faltered. Libby went above and beyond the call of duty with this transaction. The words above and beyond are not strong enough! My mothers lovely lake home was a special place where my sister and I grew up with our parents at the helm. We were fortunate to have had the opportunity for fantastic memories with family and friends for many, many years. Mom lives in an Assisted Living residence and is not so tech savvy. Therefore, any and all signage occurred by Libby taking it directly to her, and taking the time to explain the details after Mom reviewed and read it. This happened on several occasions. She was super dedicated to the listing, caring, human and humane (which is lacking these days in our world), accurate, helpful, intelligent, supportive, punctual, and stellar with ALL parties involved. We were treated as family and mentioned that several times over the course of this process. There was a tremendous amount of research involved with this particular listing. She completed it, communicated to essential parties involved and handled it with unfaltering expertise the entire time. Her knowledge base is tremendous and it shows. Plus, she did it with a smile. :) As far as I am concerned she earned the title "Realtor of the Year".... (if there is a title for fantastic, superdooper, realtors)! I can speak for my Mom and my sister as well but they will be writing their posts for Libby soon. I could say "Thank you" one million times and it would never be enough. Libby was incredibly helpful. She listened to what we were looking for and presented us with multiple option. She then broke down the details of each property so we could make an educated and informed decision. She even arranged for a tour of the properties by boat so we could see them from the water before seeing them from land. This really helped us narrow down our list and gave us confidence that we made the right choice with the final decision. From there she guided us through the offer process and closing. best real-estate buying experience ever.

Libby is one of the best realtors I have had the pleasure of working with. She was so patient with us and previewed a lot of homes for us so we could keep shopping remotely during a crazy market. She took the time to really understand our needs, advise us honestly, and educate us about the NC market and the Hickory area. Our original plan was to just buy a temporary home and build on the lake in the near future, but we love the place so much we're going to stay! Libby genuinely CARES about you finding your perfect home. She's the real deal!

While I could only choose 5 of the many Character References this review allowed, I'm convinced Libby could cover most all of them with ease and endurance. On an internet site, I sent an email for assistance. The return email suggested a specific person would assist very soon. It was like getting a blind date. But, it was Libby whom I met with Southern Charm and soon I learned she was also a Gracious Host. We exchanged emails and telephone calls as a getting to know each other and my wants and needs to buy a vacant lot. I live at the coast, but she helped me with referrals to get surveys and legal services, etc. This made due diligence so much easier. She made herself available on my trips to Granite Falls. As a non-resident, Libby's knowledge of lake properties and various lake-type contracting services were valuable to me. Libby is a "Local" and at the coast, we use that term "Local" seriously. Anyone can spew facts and figures, but "Locals" know & love the area, like family.
