Lila Boates has a passion for real estate and has been doing business all over Massachusetts for years. She has worked with buyers and sellers, to reach their highest expectations, in this ever-changing market.

As a sellers’ agent, she provides complete, competitive listings and gets her clients top dollar for their investments with short turn-around time. As a buyers’ agent she works hard to find the perfect home to fit her clients’ needs, price point and timeline. Lila’s attention to detail allows her clients a seamless transaction and smooth closing.

Lila grew up in East Bridgewater where she graduated from high school and met her husband, Brendon. She graduated from Salem State University and later opened her own business on the North Shore which she ran for 10 years. After marrying and having three children, she and her husband finally moved back to East Bridgewater in 2018.

Lila really loves the South Shore and is super excited to continue her concentration in the area.
