About Lilly

My name is Lilly Rayson and I love being a Realtor. I am a 1987 graduate of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a BS in Business Management. I worked successfully for 22 years as an Account Representative in the Pressure Sensitive Label, Business Forms and Promotional Products industry. Ned Rayson is my husband and business partner. We married in 1997 and started working together in the Business Forms and Promotional Products industry in 2001. In 2003 we purchased a wholesale engine parts distribution company. Ned ran the parts Distribution Company and I continued as an outside sales representative until a year after our son was born.

Together we always enjoyed homes. We added a major addition to our first home and then built two custom lake homes, and have completed major Master Bath and Kitchen remodels. In 2008 I decided to become a Realtor®. It has been a wonderful choice. I'm a Knoxville Area Association of Realtors® Award of Excellence multi-million dollar producer. I work with sellers, buyers and investors and I would love to work with you.
