I am a person with high expectations at a professional level. Working with Lina has been very pleasant, even though buying a property itself is not a fun event at all. Lina was there every step of the process and listened to me. Whenever I had a question or a request, she was three steps ahead and took the initiative before I even brought up the issue. I would highly recommend Lina if you consider buying or selling a property. She is the most knowledgeable, efficient, and at the same time, very personal real estate professional you can find in Chicago.

If you are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and excellent agent, look no further. I was referred to Lina from a friend of mine and I am glad I reached out to her. I was searching for my first home and was very overwhelmed with the entire process. From narrowing down the research, finding the right house, and through the entire process, she has been a godsend. Lina did an excellent job helping me buy my first house! She responded to questions and concerns quickly, made sure I could tour every place that caught my eye, and pointed out things on house tours that I had not considered. She negotiated an excellent price for the place I finally picked, and she even did a lot of legwork to help me get set up with a loan at a good rate.

My husband and I cannot recommend Lina highly enough.  After struggling for over a year to find and win a house in the very competitive housing market of 2021 and 2022, we were referred to Lina by a friend that recently had their first offer accepted on their dream home. And when we took their advice to start working with Lina, our luck definitely turned a leaf. Lina made us be motivated and hopeful that the right house will come along. She was always looking out for our best interest and gave us her honest opinion about every offer we were interested in. Lina always developed a great relationship with the listing agents, which helped us to make informed decisions and negotiate effectively. With most of the offers we made with Lina, almost all were accepted and it was only after further home inspection that we decided not to proceed. With great motivation, guidance, and negotiation we are currently in our dream home which we got a great deal on. With all the headaches and heartbreak of trying to find the right home we had before meeting Lina, she definitely helped make our dreams come true.

I bought my first home with Lina. I would recommend working with Lina if you are looking for someone dependable, supportive and excellent in negotiations. Working with Lina has been the best thing that happened, without her, I cannot imagine finding and buying this home that I am very satisfied with.

When I was seeing places, I felt like we were on the same team. Especially being a first home buyer, I didn't know what to look for. She asked important questions to the seller side and was a great supporter. Moreover, she also sent super helpful reports comparing the unit with other ones in the neighborhood, which gave me confidence in my decision.

When I decided on the place, Lina kindly and patiently walked me through the process of buying a home. She recommended list of resources and professionals that I could trust and the process has been a success. When I had a problem in meeting the promised date, she advised me and effectively communicated with the seller side for me, and resolved the issue.

I would recommend her 100% if you are looking for someone you can trust working with. She is so supportive and will kindly go through one of the most daunting tasks in life with you.

If you're looking for a true master of the real estate market, look no further!

Working with Lina was phenomenal. Lina was constantly on the lookout for properties that I might like and it really helped take the pressure and frustration out of the home search.

She is very familiar with the market, especially in Chicago, and she was able to walk me through some tricky negotiations back and forth with our seller. Ultimately I was able to win my second bid and was able to get a few extra fixes on the property thrown into my deal thanks to Lina.

Lina is absolutely fantastic and someone you can trust working with. I worked with Lina to sell my then-current condo in River North and to buy my new condo in West Loop. As a first time seller, Lina helped me understand the process and through her vast knowledge explained all the details. Due to my inflexible work schedule, I could only accommodate only a handful of showing requests and Lina was able to get the unit sold despite my schedule. Lina was extremely responsive to my questions and requests, always willing to help to make sure my needs were met. On the buy side, Lina helped me narrow down the properties and did an absolutely amazing job in negotiating. She made the process seamless and very convenient for me, which I highly value. As a first time home buyer, I would like to echo other reviewers' comments that she was definitely a great resource during the home buying process who continuously supported my side. Not only Lina was very knowledgeable of the process providing details of guidance and help throughout, she was very responsive and timely whenever I had questions or concerns. Moreover, I felt that she was very patient and genuinely interested in helping me to find/choose the ‘right’ house for me than pressuring me into a house that might not be a good fit for me. So, she definitely went above and beyond on her involvement throughout the process which allowed our family to close on our very first new home without too much stress. As such, I recommend her highly to those who are in need of an agent who would be standing by their side and guiding them throughout from beginning to the ending.

I used Lina’s services to both buy a new condo in Chicago and to list and sell the unit I have lived in for 15 years. From our first meeting I knew I had found the best agent to work with. Lina is very professional and thorough in her interaction with her clients. She had done so much preliminary work before coming to me about listing my condo. I worked with Lina when I bought my first house in Chicago! She was an amazing real estate agent - very responsive and knowledgeable. She listened to all my concerns, my likes/dislikes, and helped me address them. When we first started working together, she was open and helpful, and wasn’t awkward at all when I mentioned that I had been talking to another real estate agent that came recommended by a friend. After I chose to work with Lina, I really appreciated that when we worked together, not once did I feel pressured into buying anything. I found the perfect house, but if I hadn’t, I didn’t feel pressured to settle at all. When it came time to put down an offer, Lina’s expertise was invaluable and we ended up getting the perfect place for less than listing, and within my budget. She stayed in touch through the mortgage process, recommended a great attorney, and was present all through the closing. Would definitely recommend working with her!
