Linda has lived in the Annapolis/Anne Arundel county area since 1987. Although she specializes in luxury and waterfront properties in and around Anne Arundel County, her local knowledge and expertise extends to Calvert, Queen Anne’s, Prince Georges, Montgomery and Howard Counties as well as working with first time homebuyers.
Prior to joining Blackwell Real Estate, Linda was a perennial Top Producer at one of Keller Willams’ largest and most successful offices.
With her interior design and staging skills, Linda helps sellers stage their homes to showcase their unique features. She helps her clients with advice on the right color palette, placement of furniture, decluttering, lighting, décor, etc. to showcase their home’s unique features and characteristics. Linda has the ability to stage and market a property to sell it quickly at the highest possible price in today’s market!
Linda also loves working with buyers, finding the perfect home to fit their needs. Linda loves giving back to her community as a girl scout leader and volunteer with several agencies including the Chrysalis House in Crownsville, Maryland. She has been married to her husband, Tim, since 1982 and has two grown daughters, Stacy and Christina. She loves playing tennis, socializing with friends, and travelling with her family.
