Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Linda Dooley has an extensive 25-year background in banking. She served as an area manager and was responsible for 13 branches from Naples, Fort Myers, Sarasota to Tampa, Florida. Linda and her husband, Dwight, have been brokers/owners of their own real estate firm since 1999 and have listed and sold more properties in Laurel Oak Estates than any other associates.
A resident of Sarasota since 1962, Linda has in-depth knowledge of the local communities and a sincere interest in the buying and selling process for the customer. She believes in "neighbors helping neighbors" and is a specialist in the Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch and Bradenton areas.
Continually furthering her real estate education to have the utmost knowledge in negotiation and marketing, Linda is an Accredited Buyer's Representative, a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute. She also has the Transnational Referral, At Home With Diversity and e-PRO certifications. Linda is a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, a member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee and past board member of the Sarasota Association of REALTORS®.

She truly goes above and beyond in assisting her customers, from picking them up at the airport to checking their homes while they are out of town, providing vendor information, or offering input with new construction, all while ensuring that every transaction is a stress-free process. In her spare time, Linda enjoys traveling, golfing, swimming, the beach, walking, bike riding, reading, and cruising. Linda also supports local charitable organizations and is a member of the Laurel Oak Country Club. Married to Dwight since 1977, they have three grown daughters and eight grandchildren. Their daughter, Ashley DePappa, is also a sales associate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty.
