About Linda

I've been a real estate professional since 2006 and work with both Buyers and Sellers. Before real estate, I was a computer programmer and technology project manager.

My philosophy is win-win or no deal. Each party in a transaction must be treated fairly, with honesty and respect. Many of my current clients are repeat clients, or were referred to me by past clients.

Being a real estate agent allows me to help people realize their dream of home or investment property ownership. I especially love working with first-time home buyers. It all begins with treating people fairly and ethically and in giving back to the community.

As a life-time learner I keep up-to-date on current real estate issues and trends through classes, seminar and researching the industry. I have my Senior Resource certification (SRES) and my Shortsale and Foreclosure Specialist certification (SFR).

I am also a real estate investor and landlord. In addition I volunteer with the St. Vincent de Paul Society and worked several years at the United Way non-profit tax sites.
