All I can say about Linda is that she is AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! I had moved out of state and needed to get my farm listed and sold. She met my daughter and went through the home. She sent me a list of things to be addressed and what colors to use when repainting the home. She suggested a handyman to do the work (he was great and very detailed just like Linda) and once things were ready she was out there getting pictures taken, etc. I didn't want to hold on to the place too much longer and when she completed her research the listing price she came up with was more than I thought it would be. I first met Linda Lear when I was interviewing agents to sell my house. I selected her because of her professional experience and her overall presentation. I wanted honesty and diligence and was very pleased with her performance because those are exactly the attributes that she exhibited. I was successful at receiving good offers at very good prices in a very timely manner. Meanwhile, my fiancé needed to sell her small horse farm and I recommended Linda because of her good performance with my own property. Again, we received professional quality advice and opinion from Linda. We followed her guidance for how to best prepare and present the house/farm for sale and were happy to again succeed with a sale at an optimum price in a very reasonable overall time period. During these selling periods, my fiancé and I needed to prepare ourselves for purchasing our new home when the sale of our own two properties was completed. This required looking at a number of houses in various communities and neighborhoods and understanding the benefits and drawbacks of each as related to our own needs and desires. Again, Linda, now acting as a buyer’s agent on our behalf, was hugely helpful in filtering the myriad offerings and was a fountain of knowledge regarding the options presented. In these endeavors she was tireless. With one house sold and the other under contract, we were ready to move forward to actually make a purchase, and within a week succeeded in finding the perfect house for us in our price range. We were well prepared to act on that purchase agreement because of the superb job that Linda had done in making us so aware of the field of options that we would face. Both of our selling experiences and the one buying experience under Linda went as smoothly and as comfortably as one could ever expect in the complex world of house buying and selling. Her attention to detail prevented many potential adverse issues which are so common in the real estate world.
