Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to have been assigned progressive responsibilities in the areas of employment staffing and pension administration. I have delivered quality sales and customer service in industries associated with electrical products distribution, network and electrical infrastructure products for industrial environments, and telecommunications.

My experience in working with ISO 9002 Quality Standards in a manufacturing and engineering environment has developed my sense of the need for attention to detail. My experience with inventory management, purchasing, sales and customer service, has developed a heightened awareness of the need to assure delivery of quality customer service, on time, while meeting the highest of standards.

As a communications consultant I developed the skills necessary to evaluate deficiencies in the customer’s existing product delivery, assess complex customer needs and deliver competitive solutions for immediate and future needs.

From communications sales, pension administration to human resources, I understand the need for individualized service. Besides being a home owner myself, I have personally purchased, upgraded and sold many properties over the years.
