Linda Risden, Broker/Realtor grew up in New Jersey and moved to Florida 45 years ago. She started in commercial real estate in NJ and then changed to residential real estate when she moved to Florida. Linda found professional success at an extremely high level, mostly due to her strong work ethic and passion for helping people!
She has made a high level of commitment to real estate. As a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) member, her standards are high, integrity foremost. She is recognized within the community as a full-time, dedicated, skilled, and savvy Realtor. Her superior negotiating skills provide OUTSTANDING RESULTS for all of her customers.
An interest close to Linda's heart is working with the military. Her daughter is a disabled retired combat medic and understands the uniqueness of working with military buyers and sellers. She has earned the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation which provides extensive training in assisting all military with real estate matters including mortgages, and housing options.
Another accomplishment is her SRES designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). Through her Training in this field, Linda focuses special attention on seniors, providing the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.
