We were extremely fortunate to work with Linda on the sale of a condo. She was professional, guided us every step of the way, was available at any time and clearly explained everything to us as needed. She is the consummate professional.

Linda did a nice job with open houses, traditional marketing, and social media. She directed beautiful photos of the unit and even had some props that she used. The unit had a constant flow on qualified prospects.
The unit sold well within the timeframe we expected based on our review of comps and average selling time. In fact, the unit sold a few weeks into the Pandemic, at a time in which we thought there would be no interest. With the necessary precautions, the unit went under contract and closed 45 days later.

The selling process was made easier due to the demeanor, wisdom, and knowledge of Linda.
