Linda Stephenson joined @Properties in 2008 as a licensed Broker Associate. She is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Linda has been an Broker Associate for 12 years selling in the greater Chicago Area. Her vast experience in selling real estate in the city of Chicago covers developments, single family homes, condo’s, multi unit buildings and short sales.
Her greatest satisfaction comes from empowering the first time home buyers in achieving the biggest financial commitment, their first home. As a real estate advisor, she demystifies the purchasing process through her step by step buying guide. She familiarizes the buyers with the real estate terminology on contracts and works with buyer to establish a starting value for their purchase. She works out the financial cost of the purchase, negotiates the value, on their behalf, works through the inspection process and helps buyers through their mortgage. The final execution of their deal is the closing. Linda’s joy comes from witnessing the smiles on the buyers faces as they receive the keys to their new home.
Linda’s past experiences have been as a blood recruiter for the Red Cross and several years working in the insurance industry.
My greatest passion, in real estate, is in the building of strong neighborhoods one closing at a time.
