Beyond͏ Expectations

Linda was referred to me by a friend, and I struck gold with the referral! I recently completed the purchase of my first home, and as one can imagine, I had plenty of questions and uncertainties, but also lots of excitement!

I was a bit apprehensive about the process of buying a home, but with Linda by my side, that fear was unfounded. She expertly explained everything to me, including when we had a few setbacks in the process. Linda worked through the difficulties and kept me in the loop when there were updates, including negotiations with the seller. Without Linda’s expertise, I’m not sure the deal would have gotten done. I ended up with a house I love, at a great value, in the area I wanted, even in a crazy market!

Being a first-time buyer, and not originally from the area, Linda’s market analysis and referrals for various inspections were invaluable as well.

Sadly after 45 years in their lakefront home, my parents moved to assisted living. It was my responsibility to sell their house. I originally got to know Linda Wells from a referral stating that she is an expert realtor of lakefront homes.

From the beginning, I knew that she was a professional. Linda was friendly, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Her integrity and honesty were above and beyond. Living on a lake herself, gave Linda first-hand knowledge of what is important to lakefront owners and prospective buyers.

The photos and videos of my parents' house were invaluable. Her recommendations on what to fix and what not to fix were spot on!

We just bought our first home with the help of Linda! We expected the process as first-time home buyers to be very stressful, but Linda helped to answer our questions from start to finish (even the questions we didn't know to ask) and made things as smooth as possible. She was responsive, and even helped set up showings with another agent if she wasn't available so that we didn't have to wait and potentially miss out on a home. When we found the home we wanted, she again made the process as easy as possible and helped navigate us through the steps. She gave a great recommendation for our home inspection, too.

Selling Experience

If you’re thinking of selling your house, do yourself the biggest favor and book a consultation with Linda. We are so lucky she was referred to us and we can’t recommend Linda enough. She was always available when we needed her and able to work around our schedules for showings, which was not easy to do with a special needs dog involved as well. She is an excellent communicator and explains all the little details that others might leave out. She made sure everything was handled perfectly and we would definitely call her again if we decide to sell again. You can’t go wrong with Linda.

If you are looking to buy a house, the best thing you can do for yourself is call Linda. Linda was very personable as well as being very knowledgeable about the business of selling and listing homes which we were interested in. Linda also had a good eye for details pertaining to houses and was always available for showings. My wife and I were very pleased with how prompt and attentive Linda was. I also want to recount a situation which my wife and I had experienced. I found Linda through reviews on Zillow when looking for an agent to help sell my uncle's house that had passed away. As the personal representative of his estate and while mourning his loss, I was stressed and at a loss as to what to do to get his house sold.

Linda was amazing from day one! She brought ALL the information on what had sold recently, even though very little info was available, and helped us navigate the ups and downs of an estate selling a home.
