Linda Zdora

The Z-Team Realtors, Bob and Linda Zdora began their encore Real Estate career in 2004 after relocating to beautiful Mountain Home Arkansas. Linda said, “It seems we have always been a team.” “I literally bumped into him on the street during our sophomore year of high school and we became High School sweethearts.”

Bob and Linda have been a team in more than just real estate and recently celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in 2021. After HS graduation Bob enlisted in the USMC and served during the Viet Nam War. He went on to a successful 34-year career in Law Enforcement, ending as Sgt. of Police in the City of Chicago. Bob and Linda have raised 2 amazing sons Robert and Jason. Jason has recently relocated from downtown Chicago and is enjoying living in the Ozarks!

After they experienced several years of positive growth in real estate market Bob and Linda could see a need to bring on more agents to the team. Agreeing that any potential team agents needed a desire to help others, must have positive work ethics and a love for our beautiful Ozarks area.

In 2016 the first agent to come on board The Z-Team was Reese Tubbs, REALTOR. Reese was a seasoned agent born and raised in the south. Reese brings his knowledge of the area, rural lands, river and lake property, acreage and farms to our Team. Reese is married and enjoys his family and works hard at helping his clients with their real estate needs.

Darlene Clark, REALTOR, joined the team in 2018. She is currently employed full time looking at retirement soon and is a lifelong resident of the Yellville, Flippin and the Cotter areas. She also understands rural Arkansas and its properties. She is available to buyers who need to work with an agent after hours and on weekends. She is Licensed in Arkansas and Missouri. Darlene is a great Mom and Grandmom and is a natural to help 1st time homebuyers and enjoys listing as well as selling.

Sam McMaster, REALTOR, is married and father of 2. Sam has had a 20-year career in US Army and has retired. During his tenure in the Army his family has lived many places in the US but moved to the Twin Lakes area in 2002 and retiring in 2006. Finding the perfect place to settle down in Mountain Home. Sam has also worked and retired from a management position in the auto sales industry. Sam is a welcome 2019 addition to our team, assisting Vet's with loans and finding the right property, he also works well with 1st time home buyers.

Our newest Team member is April Bentley, REALTOR joining The Z-team in 2022. April and her husband Tim started as buyer clients of the Z-Team relocating here 3 years ago from the Memphis area. April is an Arkansas Native and has worked and retired from the Steel industry in a supervisory position. April has energy, enthusiasm and understands customer service bringing a strong work ethic with her. So glad she wanted to come on board The Z-Team and hope she will be happy in her new career.

Bob and Linda feel that all of the Z-Team Agents work well together bringing a variety of skills and most importantly life experiences with them.
