Lindsay Contreras is a Broker/Owner and the President of LC Realty, Inc. Lindsay is a third generation Real Estate Professional with over 15 years of expertise in Real Estate throughout the DFW metroplex. Her experience includes working in both large and small real estate offices in the following positions: Client Care Manager, Listing and Closing Coordinator, Assistant Office Administrator and Office Administrator/CFO. She has managed multiple offices at one time. Lindsay has reviewed thousands of contracts in her career. She is a very strong negotiator saving her clients thousands in the overall transaction and increasing the return on their investment. Lindsay has helped her clients buy and sell pre-owned homes, new construction, real estate investments, and land. She also assists her clients in both residential and commercial leasing. She has been through these processes personally providing a true understanding of buying, selling and leasing. Since 2005 Lindsay has managed multiple rental properties. Lindsay is an entrepreneur and always up for a challenge setting the bar high in everything she does.
Lindsay’s education has been devoted to learning all about finances and excellence in building your Real Estate investments whether it’s for your personal family or to grow your portfolio. She is a leader in a complete knowledge of every area of Real Estate from behind the scenes and in the front lines working first hand. Lindsay holds two degrees: an Associates in Business from Richland College, Dallas, TX; Bachelors In Business Administration in Finance with a Minor in Real Estate from University of North Texas, Denton, TX.
Lindsay has shown a proven knowledge for finances in and out of Real Estate. She has taken 7 companies and merged them together for a large real estate appraiser through a major acquisition, she’s worked for a foreign currency trading company, grew up around Remodeling and was taught every part of a business model. She started off doing internal jobs of Client/Vendor systems, managing checks, to becoming Secretary of Treasure for the last 14 years and now is the CFO on the board for Arthur Norman Co., a family owned business since 1971.
Lindsay provides her clients with an individualized plan and complete knowledge of understanding for the real estate process to reach their goals. Lindsay is a full-service Realtor providing a market analysis every year to help with your value with the appraisal district as well as keeping you up to date on any changes in Real Estate. Lindsay was raised in Richardson, TX and has lived all over including Dallas, Arlington, Denton, East Plano, West Plano, Garland, Sachse, and Wylie. She is happily married to her husband of 17 years with two children.
