Lindsay Dunlap leads a powerhouse all-female team at Compass, the #1 Brokerage in San Diego. In 2024, the team sold close to $100M in Residential Real Estate. With many accolades under her belt, including Team Realtor of the Year, Recognition of Excellence Platinum Award as an Individual Agent and Team, amongst others, Dunlap attributes her success to her work ethic and reputation amongst clients and colleagues. A San Diego native, Dunlap launched her career in 2007 with highlights including working with NFL MVPs and closing a $21.5 million record-breaking sale in Del Mar. Deeply involved in San Diego’s Real Estate community, she is the former Chair of the San Diego Association of Realtors Grievance Committee, Director of SDAR, and Hosts the Coastal Real Estate Caravan weekly at Hotel Indigo in Del Mar. She also serves on the Compass Agent Advisory Council, Luxury Council, and Co-Chair of The Young Professionals Network, where she’s committed to mentoring and collaborating with fellow agents. A wife and mother of two beautiful Daughters, she supports her local community through sponsorships with the Del Mar Racetrack, San Diego Padres, and the Poway High School Soccer Program. She also gives back to Hopestart International, Feeding San Diego, Friends of the Powerhouse in Del Mar and the Night to Shine Prom, which supports the Special Needs Community.
