I wish I could give Lindsey 6 stars. She’s confident, knowledgeable, and diligent. She knows her business and she makes stuff happen.

Lindsey represented me on the sale of an investment property. She gave me great advice on the listing price, and we quickly accepted the best of several offers. Unfortunately, the inspection raised a ton of issues – many were unfair – the inspector really went overboard. As a result, the buyer was nervous, and it took great care and finesse to see the deal through. Lindsey negotiated with the buyer’s agent and got the buyer to accept a reasonable list of repairs. Still quite significant, but not unmanageable. I was committed to accommodating the buyer (within reason), but we had a 30-day window to close -- so only 2-3 weeks after inspection.

I am out of state, and Lindsey was an amazing help in finding and scheduling contractors on short notice. She plugged away relentlessly, constantly communicating with both me and the buyer’s agent. Through this process, she never missed a beat, several times pulling off what seemed like miracles.

I don’t know how anyone could have done a better job for me than Lindsey did – and all the while, even during a tough situation, she’s been a delight to work with.

Lindsey Vaughn represented us in the purchase of our home in Madison Florida. I believe her efforts can be summed up most accurately with 4 words: she’s a consummate professional. Her high energy and attention to detail are most impressive. She kept us “in the loop” every step of the way. As with many transactions in home buying, we encountered a few hurdles along the way. At every juncture, she was readily available with updates and guidance. I remain 100% satisfied with her efforts and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone in the market for a realtor who is focused on results.

We had been looking for a house off and for the last couple of years. However right before the pandemic we got serious about buying a house. Lindsey was with us through everything, all the ups and downs. There was one house that we absolutely loved and had to walk away from because of all the issues it had. It took us a couple of months to heal from that one but Lindsey was there to pick up the pieces. Lindsey ended up finding us an even better home that we absolutely love in an amazing neighborhood! Lindsey has been absolutely wonderful. She’s always very professional and on time. She made sure we understood every step of the process. If we had a question she answered it. Lindsey went above and beyond. We are so grateful for her and all the work she did for us. We highly recommend Lindsey and will be using her in our future real estate endeavors.
