Let me began by saying I'm a first time home buyer and was completely new to the process of things. Ms. Carter helped me quickly find a place to move to shortly after my mom passed away and my existing lease unexpectedly was not up for renewal due to COVID-19. It was a sad and stressful time, and I didn't know what to do, or where to start. Ms. Carter helped me search for potential leasing opportunities around the clock, and answered my emails and texts at all hours of the day. I sincerely appreciate all of the work she did and negotiations she managed on my behalf.

Where do I even begin. We started our journey two years ago and at some point, we wanted to give up. We tried multiple realtors, but we never felt they were trying to “help us”.
